On the MyELChoices Benefits Overview page, you will see the benefit panels with all the benefits available to you:

  • ‘Edit’ on a panel means that you can choose and change the benefit.
  • ‘Select’ on a panel means that you can choose the benefit but can’t amend it.
  • ‘More Info’ on each panel allows you to see more details about the benefit.

How to Update Your Dependent Data on HR Connect

Step 1: Login to HR Connect with your username (employee ID) and password https://hrconnect.elcompanies.com/

Step 2: Click on “Employee Info” and then select “Personal Contact Info” from the drop down

Step 3: Under “Emergency Contacts” at the bottom of the screen, click “Add”

Step 4: Fill out the mandatory fields (marked with a *) in the pop up window

Note: Please only select [Spouse] for husband/wife and [Child] for your children. Any other relationship selected will be void

Step 5: Check the “Dependent” box and fill out the required mandatory fields (marked with a *)

Note: Please fill out full name as per NRIC and input the NRIC number with dash (eg: 012345-67-8910)

Step 6: Click “Submit”
